This modern Dog-Legged Floating Staircase was designed and constructed with a strong double side stringer steel structure, creating a durable and visually balanced support system.

The staircase features a steel tread base finished with premium CTG Shegun wood, providing a warm, natural, and elegant surface. The combination of strong steel construction and high-quality wood creates a staircase that is both structurally reliable and visually sophisticated.

The wood treads were completed with high-quality lacquer polishing, while the steel structure received a premium DUCO paint finish, ensuring a smooth, refined, and long-lasting appearance.

The staircase also features a crystal-clear glass railing, helping maintain an open and bright atmosphere throughout the stairwell. The exposed red brick accent wall adds a unique industrial-modern character, creating a beautiful contrast with the polished wood, steel, and glass elements.

Project Challenge

The main challenge was designing and fabricating a floating dog-legged staircase while maintaining precise structural alignment across both flights of stairs.

The double side stringer steel structure needed to provide reliable support while preserving the clean and modern floating appearance of the staircase.

Special attention was also given to the finishing process, ensuring that the DUCO paint on the steel structure and lacquer polish on the CTG Shegun wood created a seamless and premium final result.

The crystal-clear glass railing was carefully integrated to maintain clear sightlines and allow natural light to flow through the stairwell.
