Metal Sign follows a structured and transparent payment schedule for all custom staircase, metal fabrication, glass, and aluminium projects. This payment structure ensures smooth project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

After Work Order Confirmation (Production Begins) 50% Advance Payment
After Completion of Steel Structure Fabrication & Installation 20% Payment
After Completion of Woodwork, Finishing & Colour Coating 20% Payment
Within 7 Working Days After Final Project Handover 10% Final Payment

Additional Payment Terms

  • Production will begin only after the agreed 50% advance payment has been received.
  • Delays in payment at any stage may affect the overall project timeline and scheduled installation date.
  • Any design modifications, additional work, or changes outside the approved quotation will be quoted and billed separately.
  • Payments should only be made through Metal Sign’s officially approved company payment methods.
  • Clients will receive payment confirmation upon successful receipt of each installment.
