At Metal Sign, every staircase, metal fabrication, glass, and aluminium project is custom-designed and manufactured according to each client’s unique specifications. As a result, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following policy.

Order Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel their order before production begins. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Metal Sign. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, depending on the stage of fabrication.

Non-Refundable Services

The following charges are non-refundable once the services have been provided:

  • Design consultation fees.
  • Site visit and measurement charges.
  • Engineering, drafting, and drawing preparation fees (where applicable).
  • Any third-party costs incurred specifically for the project.

Material Purchase

Once materials have been purchased or specially ordered for a project, the corresponding material costs become non-refundable, as these items are procured exclusively for the client’s custom project.

Production Cancellation

If fabrication has already begun, cancellation charges will be calculated based on the work completed, labor performed, materials consumed, and any additional project-related expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

Because all Metal Sign products are custom-manufactured, fully customized projects cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Refund Policy

If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed only after deducting all actual expenses incurred, including consultation, engineering, material procurement, fabrication work, labor, transportation, and any other project-related costs applicable up to the point of cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation

Clients wishing to cancel an order should notify Metal Sign as early as possible by contacting our team through our official communication channels. Early notification allows us to review the project status promptly and determine whether cancellation or a partial refund is applicable under this policy.
