Metal Sign specializes in premium, custom-designed staircases, metal fabrication, aluminium, and glass solutions. Because every project is built to order, the following terms apply to all quotations, work orders, and completed projects.

Custom Design & Manufacturing

All staircases and metal fabrication works are custom-designed and manufactured specifically for each individual project. Every quotation is prepared based on approved drawings, measurements, material specifications, and project requirements.

Quotation & Pricing

Prices may change if the client requests design, material, or measurement modifications after the quotation has been approved. Any revised pricing will be communicated and approved before additional work proceeds.

Production & Timeline

Production begins only after Metal Sign has received the agreed advance payment. The production timeline starts after design approval, site measurement confirmation, and advance payment have all been completed. Project completion dates may change due to weather conditions, transportation issues, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond Metal Sign’s control.

Site Readiness & Installation

Clients are responsible for ensuring the project site is fully prepared before installation begins. Installation delays caused by unfinished civil work, electrical work, or other site conditions are not the responsibility of Metal Sign.

Fabrication Details

Metal Sign reserves the right to make minor fabrication adjustments when necessary, provided these changes do not affect the structural integrity, functionality, or overall design quality of the final product.

Payment & Ownership

Final payment must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule. Ownership of the completed product remains with Metal Sign until full payment has been received.

Use of Project Media

Metal Sign may use photographs and videos of completed projects for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a work order with Metal Sign, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
